It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

This sun-drenched, spacious holiday home features a fireplace, a free-standing bathtub, antique parquet flooring and private parking. Owned by an art collector, Kalsdorf Castle is an architecturally unique property and its grounds are dotted with sculptures and installations. It is conveniently located en-route between Graz and Vienna, amidst Styria's volcanic springs & spas.

Wir heißen euch Willkommen in unserer 50 m² Wohnung im 6. Stock mit Balkon, Klimaanlage und Blick auf den Schloßberg im Bezirk Lend. Kostenlos Parken im Parkhaus in derselben Straße (ca. 100 Meter entfernt). Öffentliche Parkplätze rund ums Haus (Samstag und Sonntag gebührenfrei, wochentags gebührenpflichtig). Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch für 1 - 2 weitere Person(en), Bad mit WC und ausgestatteter Küche.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich in dieser stylischen und modernen Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage im Vulkanland. Oder genieße lange Abende am Steg und kühle dich im eigenen Badeteich ab. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.
