Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist nicht möglich. Dafür können Sie bei Schnee mit dem Schlitten oder Skis vom Dorf direkt vors Haus fahren. Traditionelle Chalet Julia! Eine Busstation liegt direkt vor dem Haus und man kommt innert 12 Min in das super Ski und Wandergebiet Saas- Grund ( empfohlen !!!) oder Saas-Fee oder Atraktionen wie das Thermalbad Brigerbad sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Italien 35 km. Das Chalet verfügt über eine Infrarot Sauna in zweite Badezimmer in Keller. Waschmaschine mit Trockner, ein Fondue & Raclette-Set, TV & Schnelle Internet. Man sollte warmes Wasser sparen. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Bettwäsche inklusive

Grange rénovée pour séjour cosy

Cette ancienne grange rénovée, à l'orée d'un village très calme, proche de la nature, est la promesse d'un séjour ressourçant. Elle dispose d'un grand espace "salon" avec une belle vue sur les Alpes, d'une mezzanine cosy équipée d'un futon, d'une salle de bain. Un espace dédié pour le travail est disponible. Le logement dispose aussi d'une petite terrasse et d'un accès à un local de rangement. Pas de cuisine équipée mais petit frigo et micro-ondes (dans le local de rangement, accès extérieur).

Paradis cocoon et paysage de rêve

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir. En JUILLET et en AOUT, locations du samedi au samedi. 😊

Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Im winter empfehlen wir Anreise nur Autos mit 4WD wegen schnee!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!!
