Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! Only 10 minutes to the Trout River border crossing to Canada. 20 minutes south gets you to a prestigious 36-hole PGA golf course. Just a few minutes more and you can ski at Titus Mountain. Hosts live on property and invite you enjoy the sounds of the Trout River.

Massena Village Getaway

Our house is in town and close to diners, restaurants, library, the airport, golf course, parks, the Eisenhower locks, and for adults who enjoy gaming and/or bingo the Akwesasna Mohawk Casino Resort is 15 minutes down the road. Summer offers swimming, fishing tournaments and boating while winters have skiing, skating and snowmobiling. Our basement is finished and has a sitting area with a large screened TV. There is a bar, jukebox, table and booth set up, foos ball, and dart board.

Nestled in a quiet north end Cornwall neighbourhood, just around the corner from the Ontario Hockey Academy and within close proximity to all city amenities (sports facilities, big box stores and restaurants). My home is 3 kilometres south of the 401, 3 kilometres north of the USA border and 25 minutes west of the Quebec/Ontario border. Key-less entry through the side door. Come and go as you please.
