Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.

This charming loft apartment from 19 century recently renovated with incredible character high ceilings up to 6 metres and balcony is situated in the heart of Valencia, next to emblematic Quart towers giving entrance to old town, transport, market, amenities less then 3 minutes walk, restaurant cafe just downstairs, strategic position to all Valencia so you can walk anywhere. The loft is situated on 3rd floor without lift but with comfortable stairs. Queen size double bed and one sofa bed.

Apartamento turístico situado a pie de calle, es un loft de 38m2 que consta de habitación, salón y cocina abiertos, con cuarto de baño completo. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Tiene una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama que se puede hacer cama de matrimonio. La máxima capacidad es de 4 personas. El apartamento está a 5 minutos de la parada de metro de Marítim, Línea 5 que va directa al Aeropuerto y enlaza en la misma parada con las Líneas 4 y 6 que van a la playa de la Malvarrosa.

Totalmente renovado, el loft en planta baja cuenta con una sala de estar, zona de comedor cocina, dormitorio y una terraza interior. Pueden dormir 4 personas, en una cama doble y un sofá cama comodísimos! A escasos metros de Casa Montaña, a 5 minutos de la playa y del tranvía. Muy bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad, Ciutat vella, la estación de tren, el aeropuerto, etc!!

Perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two children. We do not recommend for two couples or 4 adults as the bed and sofa bed are in the same room! For guests with no or bad reviews a deposit of 200€ is required upon arrival to be returned upon check out if no damage was done. Quite, authentic Spanish neighbourhood with bars and restaurants to try local dishes, tapas and paellas. Pharmacy, supermarket, bus, metro and city bicycle all within 5 minutes of walking.

Un loft confortable nuevo con mucha luz natural con dos balcones con buenas vistas al exterior , cuenta con una habitación con una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama Justo en frente de la cama que también se convierte en cama de matrimonio, climatizado, televisión , calentador, plancha, perchas, electrodomésticos : cafetera, microonda, lavadora, horno , utensilio de cocina; en el cuarto de baño encontraras toallas, gel de ducha, champú, jabón de manos y secador de pelo.
