The local beach is a 25-30 min walk away as well as the center of Tavira with its many restaurants, bars/cafés and boutiques.

Quinta da Ria está a 10 minutos de carro e a praia de areia de Altura a 1,5km. Located just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre, you are close to all the activities and sights but still offer all the peace and quiet you need. The interior is soothing and very quality and comfortable.

Semi-detached house with pool in El Rompido

The house is in the town of Rompido, 600 meters from the PLAZA de las SIRENAS, very close to the school in the PUNTA CORAL area. You can walk down to the town or park in one of the two car parks that are located in the town. The town center becomes pedestrianized in summer. From the house you can make routes by bicycle or on foot because El Rompido is in a natural setting.
