Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. In unmittelbarer Näher befindet sich die U-Bahn U8/U3-zu fuss in 5min entfernt. Ich werde dich persönlich bei check Inn empfangen und dir alles im Apartment zeigen und erklären. Es ist komplett dein Apartment für deinen Aufenthalt. Bitte gehe mit dem Apartment wie mit denn Nachbarn Respekt voll und ruhig um. Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucher Apartment und es sind keine Partys gestattet. Ich lebe im selben Haus gegenüber und bin immer zu erreichen, wenn es fragen oder Probleme geben sollte. Elegant, Stylish Art Nouveau Home Besides Old Town Square

Enjoy staying in my beautiful Art Nouveau home built during the 1890s but with all the modern amenities one could wish for. Thoughtfully renovated two-bedroom apartment with large ample rooms featuring historically high ceilings decorated in ornate stucco moldings, queen-size beds, high-speed internet, and a large spacious walk-in rain shower. The ideal place to call home while in Prague for either a long weekend, a business trip, or why not a long stay. Let my reviews speak for themselves!

Schöne komfortable Wohnung in historischem Haus

Die 1-Zi-Whg. liegt in der 1. Etage mit separatem Eingang. Fußbodenheizung, el. Rollläden, 3-fach verglaste Fenster, HD-TV inkl. Fire TV und vieles mehr bieten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die max. Personenzahl ist 4, dann allerdings schon etwas eng und eher für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet. Optimal ist die Whg. z.B. für 2 Erwachsene mit 1 bis 2 Kindern. Ein Baby- oder Kinder-Reisebett, sowie 1 oder 2 Kinderhochstühle können gegen eine geringe Gebühr bereitgestellt werden (10€ pro Aufenthalt).

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen zwischen Hamburg und Lübeck verweilt ihr in unserem top ausgestattetem Ferienhaus in der Innenstadt im Heiligengeistviertel von Bad Oldesloe absolut ruhig gelegen direkt an der Trave. Die Terrasse lädt zum Sonnen und Grillen ein. Das Parken im öffentlichem Parkhaus (200 m) ist kostenlos. Fahrräder stehen sicher auf dem Grundstück. Joggen und Spaziergang starten direkt an der Haustür am Travewanderweg. Die Innenstadt liegt um die Ecke.
