Very close to Golden Gate State Park, 15 minute drive to skiing at Eldora by Nederland or to Black Hawk/Central City with countless hidden (and very public) local hiking trails and National Forest in between. Victoria's Guest Suite

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

The setting is wooded, and Boulder Creek is easily accessible from the cabin. We welcome guests from all backgrounds and orientations. And we love to share our beautiful state with international visitors!

We are close to Golden Gate Canyon state park, where you can snowshoe, hike, mountain bike & more. 35 min to Boulder, 30 to Golden, 30 to Casinos in Black Hawk, 60 to DIA 3 restaurants, a liquor store, coffee shop and convenience store close by. Socially distance in a private suite in a beautiful mountain retreat with panoramic views of the mountains including the Continental Divide. It’s perfect for those who want to stay in a quiet, secluded area in the mountains, while still being only 10 mins drive from the Pearl Street Mall. We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.
