Welcome to our cottage on the lake! We renovated this home through the spring of '18 and are so thrilled to have it ready for you! Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. Enjoy beautiful Stoney Point! Bike and walk quiet country roads through woods, fields, and orchards with surprising views of Grand Traverse Bay. A small local park is 1/2 block away with great vistas, swimming and an easy kayak launch. Suttons Bay with its beaches, marinas, restaurants and unique shops is a 3 mile ride along the shore. Enjoy a quick bike ride into town to access the Leelanau trail. Visit nearby orchards, wineries, Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes/National Lakeshore.

Entering your cabin you will enjoy a new memory foam, queen-sized bed in a private studio cabin. Featuring a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, and free fast wifi! Clean bed linens, towels, pots/pans, dishes/utensils provided.

Adorable Carriage House sleeps two adults

Adorable Carriage House just steps to Lake Michigan complete with gas fireplace for those cool Michigan nights. Just 2 miles to downtown Charlevoix and very close to the wheelway that hugs lake Michigan. Studio apt. has very comfy bed with full shower bathroom and fully equipped studio kitchen. Quiet neighborhood setting with gas firepit for making smores or just talking about your daily adventures during your stay. Appropriate for 2 adults and must be able to navigate stairs.

The Twig, near Lake Bellaire

This cottage is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The Twig is a tiny, one-bedroom, 480-square foot cottage on property near Lake Bellaire. Living room/kitchen down, bedroom/bath up. Sofa bed in living room. Very private and an easy 5-minute walk to the lake. The cottage, again, is tiny, and best suited for a single person, a couple, or a couple with children. Two couples might find it awkward. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $20. There is a two-night minimum stay.

My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.
