Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

The Wood House

The Wood House is a beautiful blend of both old and new while also having the luxuries needed to create the perfect stay. The exterior of the house is a striking mix of old-world charm and modern design, featuring a creative use of reclaimed materials. The interior is fresh and new including more unique touches and modern amenities. These elements give the house a distinct personality, blending contemporary aesthetics with a rich and eclectic feel. With two upper lofts to accommodate three guests, you’ll feel right at home here! A stocked kitchen, coffee corner, comfy beds - it’s the perfect spot 👌 *No smoking or vaping on property. No bonfires at all.* This is a TINY home, so it is a small space. Please be aware of that before booking :)

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away. Only a few minutes walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds the Penthouse offers a full user-friendly kitchen, wonderful walk-in shower and covered 2nd story deck complete with BBQ and outdoor seating. With an abundance of natural light,come enjoy this space with its custom touches and attention to detail! It's the perfect home base from which to launch your stay in Ellensburg!
