Earthly colors, wood and unique pieces of art, make up an ideal house for a small family or three people, with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths, on three different levels. At first you'll be drawn to this house for three simple reasons: location, location, location! It's within walking distance of almost everything you will want to visit in Athens. The Ground floor of the house consists of the living room, an open plan kitchen and a W.C. Right outside, there is the patio with comfortable sitting and also a rather unique feature: an outside bar. Here, along with your drink, you can enjoy great views of the surrounding city and the neighboring hill of Lycabettus. The First floor consists of a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed. A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the attic, where a single bed can accommodate one guest. There is visual contact between the attic and the master bedroom. At the lower level of the house, under the living room, there is a wine cellar, complete with wine bottles and the exposed brickwork of the house's foundation.
