Stocked lake catfish / bass. Outside fire pits . Charcoal bbq grill . Do have a little wood , but bring your own wood too. 3 miles into town ,with stores supermkt, restaurants . Cedar creek lake with 300 miles of shoreline close by ...boat / fishing rentals . 15 miles from famous Canton Trade Days

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.
