Tughall Steads is a former coastal farm steading surrounded by countryside. Ideal for a relaxing break, a base for walking and exploring the wonderful Northumbrian Coastline, family holiday or romantic weekend!Cowslip is perfectly located to explore the popular Seahouses, Bamburgh, and Alnwick, but lovely to come back to the tranquility and kick back and enjoy!

Puffin cottage, countryside retreat

Puffin cottage is a gorgeous 3 bedroom cottage. It’s has its own spacious garden with outdoor seating perfect to enjoy the evening sunshine. We are located in a row of terraced farm cottages just inland from Embleton, a perfect base for exploring beautiful Northumberland. The cottage has a new fully equipped kitchen, spacious sitting/ dining room with open fire, 3 bedroom and bathroom. Short breaks are available from Nov- March. Please message for further details otherwise it is Friday to Friday

Alnwick Glamping Pods

This stylish Pod is perfectly positioned above Edlingham Vale, with the Simonside hills beyond. Deep in the heart of North Northumberland, amenities in Alnwick and activities are just a 10 minute drive away. Next to the Pod, there is parking for 2 cars. Our Pod overlooks the hilltop Farm Steading of Overthwarts, giving panoramic views of the countryside. With your own private gated entrance, you can come and go as you please or enjoy the views from the comfort of the wood fired Kirami hot tub.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Sitting completely on its own at the edge of the Northumbrian moors, The View is a modern, off-grid cabin that allows you to truly ‘get away from it all.’ Gazing out over the Cheviots, this truly unique space is blessed with no surrounding buildings or neighbouring accommodation - offering total tranquility. Head out hill walking by day, then return to relax by the roaring fire. Sip a drink and watch as the weather rolls by. When night falls, soak in the silence and gaze up at the stars.

Plover is a Showmans Wagon that we have renovated into a luxury glamping experience. Hot tub, firepit and BBQ outside to enjoy the rolling countryside and view down to the Northumberland Coast and Dark Skies. Wifi, Heating, 2 Toilets, Shower & Bath, Fully Fitted Kitchen, Kingsize bed, two singles &sofa bed , Sheets and Towels. Perfect place to unwind. In your own space on a working farm, sheep and cattle as your neighbours. 5 minute drive to our nearest Pub for evening meals.

Wildhope View, Bilton, nr Alnmouth

Wildhope View: A detached, characterful, stone cottage - especially for two. Located in the historic hamlet of Bilton, a stone’s throw away from the vibrant village of Alnmouth. A wonderful spot from which to explore the rugged Northumbrian coastline, idyllic countryside and magnificent, enchanted castles. Wildhope View is a cosy, romantic retreat with spectacular views of the rolling hills of the Aln valley and the, “18 arches” viaduct built in 1849 by Robert Stephenson.

Poppy Cottage Embleton

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the centre of the picturesque village of Embleton on the North Northumberland Coast. Poppy Cottage sleeps 4 plus cot in two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both bedrooms are upstairs. Family bathroom with bath and over bath shower, the bathroom has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Downstairs there is an open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room. Small enclosed gated patio/garden to the front of the property.

Cosy barn conversions, full of original character with mezzanine sleeping loft, oak-beam ceilings & wood burning stoves. The Hayloft, The Old Barn & The Stable are set in a light courtyard next to our beautiful gardens in the heart of Embleton, Alnwick, Northumberland. Perfect for couples or small families & just minutes from the beach. Please note there is an additional charge for pets of £10 per pet per night.

Periwinkle Cottage, Embleton

Periwinkle Cottage is a lovely, stone-built cottage, beautifully furnished and tucked away in the heart of the pretty little village of Embleton. With the beach just a short stroll away, stunning scenery in every direction and some wonderfully traditional eating and drinking places right on the doorstep - Periwinkle is the perfect little bolt-hole for getting out and about and discovering Northumberland.
