Welcome, everyone! Our home, built in 1925, is located in the heart of the historical area of downtown Mitchell. It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! Bridgewater’s Cottage @ the Park

This is a private Cottage Cabin, adjacent to the City Park in Bridgewater. This Cottage has character with a vintage rustic feel while offering all the amenities of a modern day residence. The cottage has a kitchen with full size fridge and full bath with an oversized shower. It is set up as a studio living space with areas connected. Front window views are of a beautiful open lot with trees. This lot is available to guests for their use.

Our sunset cottage is conveniently located 1.5 miles outside of Emery, SD, perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. An abundance of west facing windows allows for you to enjoy amazing prairie sunsets. Our unit has a full kitchen with everything you need, one full bath with plenty of linens provided, is studio style, and sleeps four with one queen bed (Temperpedic) and a pullout couch. Our newly remodeled 2 bed/ 2 bath condo is a clean, stylish place to spend some time while you visit Sioux Falls. We are in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle of Sioux Falls. But it is a quick drive in for shopping or restaurants. We also own another condo within this complex. If you are traveling with a larger group, we can sometimes accommodate between the 2 condos. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other. Out the back door is a patio area where you can enjoy the weather outside. I have a few AirBnBs in these townhouse. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other.

Centrally located in the sleepy town of Colton just minutes away from prime hunting and fishing and just a stones throw away from the biggest city in the state.
