Guest needs to bring paper plates, paper towels, plastic utensils & charcoal. Picnic table, 17" tabletop Blackstone flat top, w/propane, BBQ grill & fire pit outside each cabin. Perfect combo of camping & cabin life. PETS ALLOWED, prior approval needed. Fee of $25 per day/per pet. Fee is collected upon check in. Owner, dogs & cats lives on property.

Of course, there is always more to explore in the area as well; including the Black River, which is just a short hike away.

The Ranch House cabin (2020)at Old Desperado Ranch has a rustic western cowboy theme. The stone fireplace (electric) was hand made with local rocks from the creeks and rivers. The two bedroom cabin is very spacious and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Just bring your food! The cabin is dog friendly, see pet policy. Lil Villa Delightful tiny home for couples

No cleaning fee! Lil Villa is Summerside’s little sister and has room for a couple. She’s not a large space, but she’s clean, cute and very nice, like all little sisters. She has a full bathroom just a short walk down a lighted path. Bathrobes are provided for guests. She doesn’t like the words tiny house because it hurts her feelings. You can relax outside in her private courtyard, by the creek on the property or have a campfire. Parking is on the premises.

Leona’s Cottage shares the road with Emily’s Cottage and is separated by a grove of trees far enough apart for total privacy but close enough for larger gatherings of up to 8 guests.
