Cozy Emmett house

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located on a quarter acre lot fully fenced. We will be excepting longer stays and 2 pets max.There is a $30 pet fee for each pet per stay must be paid before arrival. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. In Walking distance to town and a very quiet neighborhood. We are 4 minutes from Gem Island sports complex and only 4 minutes the park to play.

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is Non-Smoking/Vaping No pets allowed due to host family having pet allergies.

Walk to quaint shops, Stoney’s Roadhouse live music, tractor pulls. Get your steps in at Gem Island Sports Complex. Short drive to Firebird Raceway.

Country quiet - take a break from the busy and relax in a spacious home all to yourself with beautiful views of pastures and the Emmett foothills. The ETownHouse Airbnb is less than one-mile from the heart of Emmett and the rodeo fairgrounds. It has a open floor plan (3 bedroom, 2 bath - 1,800 Sq ft) and a large kitchen with skylights. The back porch is a covered patio w/ gorgeous views. This home shares a split driveway. We also have a portable pack and play and high chair for littles.

Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Recently remodeled duplex Apartment with a cottage/farmhouse feel. This home is less than a block to downtown shopping, dining and the farmers market during the summer. Also just minutes away from walking and biking trails along the river. Quiet neighborhood and located off a dead end alley. Kitchen is stocked with basic amenities for cooking, including coffee and tea. Full washer/dryer and wifi on premises.

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
