Azzano village is about 500 m away and Tremezzo center about 900 m. The apartment has double exposure with lake and mountain views. In front of the entrance there is a small lawn (not private) where you can stop briefly to unload luggage. A large public parking area is available in Viano about 300 m away.

We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
