Detta härliga ljusa hus med vackra detaljer är perfekt för den stora familjen eller kompisgänget. Det finns gott om sällskapsytor och totalt 5 sovrum fördelat på två våningsplan. Huset har ett stort badrum med badkar/dush på övervåningen och en mindre toalett på nedre plan. I köket finns tvättmaskin och diskmaskin. På sommaren finns uteplats i den lummiga trädgården. Det är gratis att parkera på gatan precis utanför huset. I huset finns två uppsättningar av babysängar, stolar samt lite leksaker.

Welcome to this centrally located, spacious house less than 20 mins away from the city centre! It can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. The house will soon turn 80 years but is modern and well-equipped. The common space is spacious and perfect for inviting a bunch of friends over for dinner or Swedish fika. There are two large terraces, the upper one with a covered patio for chilly or rainy days. The area is very calm and lush, but by metro you can reach the city centre in just 17 mins!

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
