Spend a day on the lake and take advantage of your private dock (dock is seasonal due to winter water levels being low) Bring your boat (trailer parking on property) or use our kayaks to paddle around the cove. After your lake day, retreat to this cozy bungalow on a wooded lot. Grill-out and enjoy the outdoor eating area, sit by the fire or chill on the deck overlooking the lake. Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

Nestled in nature, this upstairs 820 square ft apartment offers seclusion just 10 minutes to downtown Newnan and 35 min to Atlanta airport. External private entrance from the home’s main front porch provides access to private stairwell. No shared walls and no shared space with other guests. Hosts reside on ground floor via separate entry. Whether a short or long term stay, the apartment is perfect for a vacation or a business trip with full kitchen and super comfy bed to ensure a pleasant stay.

Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

A nice, romantic cabin like pool house, two stories, all wooden interior and finished living room, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful view of woods and pool from deck and balcony. Flat screen, gas fire place, and Pool available but not heated in the winter. The cabin offer place to sleep for 4 people, two in the bedroom with queen size bed and two in de banquets of the living-room. Please respect our rate schedule additional guests after the first 4 are required to pay $25/night per person.

The Barn Loft

Soak in the hot tub, bake a pizza in the wood-fired oven, snuggle in nest swing or stroll the river road to swim or kayak. Hike to Wolf Creek and pan for gold. The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Modern two bedroom one bath loft within eyesight of the downtown train depot and event center in Carrollton! Enjoy your event at the depot or an evening on the town… Adamson Square is literally right there! Across the road is a rail-car repair yard that could provide some unique views. Adjacent to this loft is an identical modern building on one side, and on the other side is a mechanic shop… This all creates a very modern industrial luxury environment!
