This unique apartment is on the top floor of a modern barn which is situated on a historic property in Ephraim with an 1880's house and 1860's pioneer cabin on a half acre. In the barn apartment, there is a bathroom with shower, full kitchen, and large room which doubles as a living and sleeping area where there is one queen bed and one twin day bed with a trundle bed option.
