Έχει ένα μπάνιο (ντουζιέρα-πλυντήριο ρούχων) και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα για μαγείρεμα καθώς και καφετιέρα . Διαθέτει ένα μικρο αλλά άνετο μπαλκόνι με θέα στο δασάκι της περιοχής .
