Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Stylish decor and a charming place to stay. Annex to a thatched cottage in a beautiful village with own its front door and parking. Spacious and comfortable bedroom, king size bed, extra seating, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Good wifi and smart TV. spacious ensuite shower room. Underfloor heating throughout. Local pub is very welcoming and serves lovely food. station 5 mins, market town of saffron walden 10 mins, Stansted airport 15 mins and Cambridge 30 mins drive. we have 2 dogs.

House located on a quiet road. Bedroom is at the rear of the property. Double bed, all new linen & towels. Refreshment tray, smart tv, desk & hanging space in your own closet. Bathroom all fully refurbished with demister mirror. Continental breakfast served in the dining room, secluded garden area available for your use. Distance from Chelmsford city is a 20 minute walk, 5 minute drive & buses run regularly from the end of the road. London Liverpool Street is a 25 minute train journey.

Danbury Cottage

Two bedrooms available, one double with King size bed and one single room with own shared bathroom. I serve you continental breakfast included free of charge between 7.30 and 9.00am on request. It is possible to put a temporary bed in the single room. It would be a bit limiting but we will do this on request foc. The kitchen is not available to guests. The dining room can be used with a microwave for hot food. There is a small fridge and tea making facilities in large bedroom.

Built in the 1840's, this charming house contains a lovely spacious and refurbished double bedroom and single bedroom . Away from the other residents you will have your own bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and access to a tiered garden at the rear. NB Please note that booking is not advised for those who find stairs difficult or who are wheelchair users.

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. The price you pay includes Breakfast (please see below for details). West Ham Stadium, UAL london college of fashion, V&A Stratford and UCL Stratford are all nearby.
