The second room is small and consists of a standard double bed with small chest of drawers which is able to accommodate two adults or kids if needed. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Close to Stansted Airport (20 minutes), beautiful rural location, part of our 14th century farmhouse, the old Bakehouse is a cosy bedroom and ensuite with private entrance. We are not a hotel, but this is an extension of our family home. If you wish to leave your car, if you are flying from Stansted, we can offer long-term parking for £10/day (vs £25/day at Stansted Airport). Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
