Petras Estate is a collection of 3 bespoke / high end villa’s situated in (on the outskirts of) the beach town, of Skala Eressos on the South West coast of Lesvos. Το Pelagia's house είναι ένα παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι που ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα κρατώντας όμως τον παραδοσιακό του χαρακτήρα μαζί με τις αναμνήσεις από πολλά ξενοιαστα καλοκαίρια. Το σπίτι διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με ένα διπλό κ δύο μονα κρεβάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα,πολύ άνετο μπάνιο, κλιματισμό κ wifi σε όλους τους χώρους Αυτό το παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για ήσυχες κ χαλαρωτικές διακοπές.

The View

This is a 18sq.m. independent studio. It has a double bed or two single beds. In the studio there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker.There is a small balcony where you may enjoy your coffee watching the ocean. The studio is located in a quiet area at the beachfront of Eressos and it is around 10metres from the water .Also its 50metres away from the first taverna and shops.

Located in the central square of Skala Eresos and 50m from the beach, our studio apartment is ready to welcome you. Fully equipped with electric appliances, wifi, ac, hot water 24/7 and a fan above the bed. With an anatomical mattress and pillows and a couch that can become a bed. Lotros maisonette suite

Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.

Our house, “iki oda bir avlu”, is situated in the beautiful, fishing village of Babakale, on the shores of the Aegean Sea. This historic village dates back to the 14th Century, and is famous for its castle, the last one built during the Ottoman Empire.
