A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by tram (10 min departing 800m away). Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

Family-friendly house in a cozy residential neighborhood, close to playgrounds and nature just 15 min from the city centre. Bright living room with a sofa and armchairs. 3 bedrooms. Garden and a large terrace with an outdoor eating area and a coal grill. Private parking for two cars. TV with Netflix & Sonos. We have a small dog at home and though we are very thorough with the cleaning, take that into consideration if you have allergies.
