Our Rustic Beach House is simply furnished and set on you very own private pond with a private beach. It has electricity, does not have plumbing. Fresh drinking water is supplied. Very quiet. Spacious screened porch next to Grand River! Fifteen minutes walk (less than 5 minutes drive) to downtown Fergus, 7 minute drive to downtown Elora. Note that access is down a flight of exterior stairs and unfortunately is not suited for individuals with mobility challenges.

Victorian Apartment-Downtown Elora

The Victorian Apartment is located in the heart of Elora just steps away from Bissell Park and the Elora Mill. Two floors with a full kitchen, bathrooms on both levels, laundry, upstairs outside porch and a claw foot tub make this suite uniquely cozy. The wifi has recently been upgraded to the EERO mesh system. I am open to hosting your pets as well but they have to be medium to small (Under 30 lbs) and well mannered. Please no barking dogs or dogs who mark their surroundings.

This 3 bedroom (4 beds), 1,500 sqft unit with new Gas Fireplace and central A/C sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, another a double bed while Bedroom 3 contains two separate single beds. There is large and beautiful private deck and fenced back yard that contains a full-sized BBQ The unit contains: Washer and dryer (within the unit), hard-wood floors, and free high-speed unlimited internet and HD Cable.

The Wellington Suite

Our basement suite has a separate entrance through the garage. We are located at the north end of Fergus, a 5 minute drive to down town Fergus and 8 minutes to down town Elora for shops and restaurants. 8 minutes to the Sports Plex where the Scottish Festival, and other events are held. 5 minutes to the Elora Gorge. We are pet (Dog) friendly. Please enquire if you want to bring a pet other than a dog.
