Our cozy 2 bed 1 bath cottage in the Great North Woods is the perfect retreat for those seeking comfort and outdoor adventures. During warmer months, guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, boating, in beautiful Akers Pond. As well as amazing ATV trails within 5 minutes, hiking trails and scenic views. In the winter, the area offers snowmobiling with direct access to trails, snowshoeing, skiing, and ice fishing on the pond. Rainbow trout, smallmouth bass, perch, bluegill, and other fish.

Charming cabin on Little Akers Pond. Room for the whole family or group of friends. Peaceful retreat close to hiking, snowmobile, and ATV trails, and a short drive to Sunday River and Mount Washington. Quiet community on a dirt road between Little Akers and Akers Ponds. Little Akers is no motorized vessels allowed, with swimming, kayaking, canoeing, SUPs, etc. Room for several vehicles. Open concept living area. Take a step back in time to grandmas vintage house. This spacious home is located next to the Androscoggin River, perfect for white water rafting trips, hunting, fishing, hiking and boating. The state boat launch is a half-mile down the road. The house has a game room with an air hockey table and board games. Enjoy this Cozy Lake house with a private dock and swimming area. Relax on the large over sized deck while observing the wildlife on the lake. Right next to the property is a public boat launch where you can launch your boat and have it tied to the cottages private dock for easy access. Also available with property is a peddle boat and kyak for your use. ATV trail access is 1/2 mile up the road. In the wintertime, you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system.

Charming Cabin with large deck, offering privacy and great views overlooking Mooselookmeguntic Lake. Stairs lead to rock and sand beach.
