Canyon Wren Haven: A Romantic Retreat for Couples

A couples’ retreat, the Canyon Wren Cottage is sculpted into bedrock amongst pinion pines and old growth mountain mahogany brush. A picturesque erosion sculpted sandstone monolith rises four stories at the edge of the yard, just beyond the cottage. The approach to the cottage from Teasdale Road, is down a short lane crossing through woodland fringed meadow with a wetland on one side and alfalfa cultivation on the other. The backdrop is beautiful rock form, including a large balanced rock.

After dinner you can hang out around the fire pit in the backyard roasting marshmallows, play one of many board games available, or just chill and watch TV in the living room or one of our comfortable bedrooms.

Southwest Retreat

The house has wonderful views, is peaceful and comfortable. It is located on the edge of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument and is centrally located with easy access to hiking, biking, and exploring. Southwestern Retreat is just a few blocks off Highway 12, an All American Highway, and is located between Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park. The house has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The Old Bailey Place

Enjoy a Southern Utah adventure at The Old Bailey Place, a restored 1890 pioneer cabin with up-to-date amenities in the quaint town of Escalante, Utah. Midway between Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef National Parks, and in the middle of Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, The Old Bailey offers an historic connection to the region.
