Mountain Lodge King *Possible Construction Noise

*There may be construction noise during the day coming from our neighboring property. Welcome to the Mountain Lodge King Rooms at The Inn on Fall River. Please note that you may need to use stairs to access your room. This room overlooks Fall River and features Wireless high-speed Internet access, a large flat screen tv, a King bed, full bath, and granite counters. By booking the King Room, you will have easy access to our private hiking trails that lead directly into Rocky Mountain National Park and access to over 4000 ft. of Fall River. Historic Windsor Hotel Room #3

Originally built as a silver miners hotel in 1800’s. It has been in the same family over 100 years. We take great pride in keeping the property historic and not renovated. Step back in time to aged cracked wallpaper in areas from the 1920’s. The floor creaks, the house is crooked, this is an experience, not modern. Most of the furniture is original antiques from the proprietors past. The bathroom is shared but easily as our guests are adventurists and leave at all different hours of the morning.

Colorado Hiking & Skiing B&B

We have 4 rooms to choose from. Two are King Size, one has queen bed and one has two double beds. All are spacious and have comfortable beds with cozy duvets. All rooms accommodate two persons each. Like many mountain properties we are on a septic system, and the number of bathrooms are limited. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Please use your individual caddies provided for your personal bathroom items.

One mile to the new CSU stadium...easy to stay here and have a leisurely stroll to a football game. Romantic four poster bed in this super cozy and private main floor bedroom. You must read and agree to all of the rules and additional info. Hint, hint I'll know if you've read them. Two bathrooms shared by the whole house. Bike friendly, low traffic street that leads straight to Old Town.
