The location is quiet and serene. On some nights, if you sit on the deck/front porch, you can hear music from the nearby marina. Our cabin is very clean and sleeps up to 8 comfortably (see options below). Welcome to The Mallard House. A cozy cottage overlooking the Cumberland River. Bring the dogs and relax on the wrap-around porch. We offer all the kitchen tools to cook a delicious meal and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. The Mallard house is conveniently located 15 minutes from the quaint town of Dover where you can find all the necessities. Nashville is 1.5 hours for those wanting a day trip to the city and Land Between the Lakes is 20 minutes for those seeking outdoor adventures!

Cottage A at Dry Hollow Farm

Local Amish builders constructed this cabin at Dry Hollow Farm in 2021. On 63 acres of woods and pasture we raise Nigerian Dwarf and Alpine goats for milk from which we craft artisan goat milk soap of many varieties. We also raise luffa gourds and organically-grown herbs. We are located five miles outside of Huntingdon, Tennessee, and offer opportunities to interact with our farm animals and shop in our on-farm Soap Shop. We offer a peaceful rural setting with plenty of space to roam.

Black Eagle Retreat

Black Eagle Retreat is an 1800 sq foot luxury chalet nestled atop of a two acre hillside with 180 degree views of Kentucky Lake. This three bedroom modern A-frame boasts floor to ceiling windows, an expansive open concept living area, fireplace, full kitchen and a large deck equipped with a grill and hot tub. It is the perfect getaway for a romantic weekend or for friends and family to enjoy nature. The property is also home to a pair of bald eagles, so don't forget your cameras!

Welcome to River Run Cottage! Our 280 acre farm has views of the beautiful Duck River Valley & has 3 mi. of private river frontage. The cottage is located adjacent to our winery tasting room, open Thurs. - Sunday. (Horseshoe Bend Farm Wines) We also grow blueberries and offer picking opportunities for a real farm experience. Canoeing/Kayaking, Fishing, Hunting, Horseback Riding, ATV and Hiking experiences located nearby. Near I40, Loretta Lynn’s Ranch and 1 hr. to Nashville.

Piney River Farmhouse

Welcome to our guest house, located on the Piney River in Dickson County. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. This private space is above the garage and features 650 sq ft of livable space, an office area with wifi, as well as a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and a TV with plenty of cable channels (plus a fire stick for streaming).
