The Log Cabin on the Canoochee River

This cabin is located on the river bank of the Canoochee River in Claxton, Georgia. This is a hidden treasure in south Georgia. The river is great for swimming, kayaking and fishing. During most of the year a vessel larger than a kayak will not be able to navigate the river. Note: Presently, winter months are not available to be booked. The past two winters have had excessive flooding. Host will make these weeks available two weeks at a time as the water level is adequate for access.

peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Private gated property with outdoor seating and shared fire pit. Privacy fence surrounding this tiny campground. Walking distance to grocery and eating . Sleeping for 4 must be adventurous and able to climb the ladders up to the lofted sleeping areas. Also once up in the loft movement will be limited to crawling in this area. It’s got a low ceiling and guest will not be able to stand up in the sleeping area’s. Weak WiFi so not dependable .

Timberland Cottage Escape to the quiet serenity and natural surroundings of the Timberland Cottage. A brand new 1800 sq ft space on a gorgeous 47-acre estate in Claxton. Georgia. The pristine cottage is furnished for comfort with a contemporary aesthetic. There is a 5 acre pond just steps from the front door. The owner lives in the main house on the property and built the cottage for family, friends, and short-term vacation renters. There is ample parking for up to 3 vehicles.

The Margaret: a cosy private queen bedroom & bath

This space offers a queen bed with soft bedding making a comfortable home away from home stay. An addition room with a day bed w/trundle can be added for $30 night extra. The two rooms are side by side with a private bath conveniently located just outside the rooms. A newly added hospitality suit offers the comfort of home and is a shared room just down the hall. The upstairs could be shared by other Airbnb guest on the opposite side of the hallway.

Your entrance is a sunroom with relaxing space that greets you with warmth and simplicity to relax and unwind.
