Get ready for football season! The brand-new Bills stadium -just a quick 30 minute drive away. This 3 bedroom (sleeps 7) & small bath ranch located right across the street from the beach. Spacious garage, which offers extra living space perfect for hanging out and watch pre-game shows before heading out to the game. Near stores, beach bars, Grandview Golf Couse and Sturgeon Point Marina. PLEASE NOTE: Summer rentals July-Aug requires a minimum 7 night stay Sun check in @ 4/Sun check out @ 10.

Living and dining room. 2 queen, bunk bed . 50 yr old home is lovingly cared for but expect some gentle wear. Awesome for Fall/ winter. Short thurway drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and summer concerts. Winter is great for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Small town-big beach, eateries, beach bars with live music. Kayak, swim, fishing charters, water skiing.
