Welcome to the BayView Tower in the Illahee Manor Estates - An extraordinary tower studio with old world charm, nestled on the edge of the picturesque Puget Sound in Bremerton, Washington. Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Beach front Saratoga Passage

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sound and Olympic Mountains while relaxing on one of the three decks of our newly remodeled waterfront home. Our modern beach house features three spacious upstairs bedrooms around a separate sitting area, a large living and dining space downstairs, and bathrooms on both levels. You can spot seals, bald eagles, and whales while walking along the no bank beach steps from our front door. Sip wine around the propane fire pit while enjoying the magnificent sunset.
