Outdoor hot shower and a large grassed lawn. Spacious balcony with Exmouth Gulf views to enjoy breathtaking sunsets & sunrises. Oasis is situated on a corner block, at the top of Reymond St, which is on the outskirts of the residential area of Exmouth Town. From the property, you have endless views over the natural bush land towards the ranges. From there, the long sunset to gaze at, which Exmouth is famous for.
