Exactly like Le Corbusier's vision, this cabin is adapted in a scale of "Mediterranean balance", designed on the basis of the minimum possible dimensions and the maximum physical and spiritual comfort it could offer. The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

Sea Breeze (ecological villa)

Surrounded by olive trees and with a breathtaking panoramic view, this solar powered house will not cease to surprise you! Kitchen and living room are not separated by any wall and this creates an open and comfortable environment. We grow our food in an organic way and we have 8 chickens and 2 goats, which provide us with fresh milk and eggs every day. So don't waste your time in crowded resorts and boring apartments. Asteri cottage is an open plan, bijou and beautifully designed one bedroom cottage. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. The boutique style interior opens up to large terraces for dining and relaxation. The ensuite shower room leads out from the calming bedroom to the private plunge pool, which is 2m by 4m in size. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.

Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
