Hey there

Im Alvaro, a blogger from Cuba. I have been working as a tour guide for 3 years.
I study History and Sociology in Havana’s University.

I was born and raised in Cuba, and I’m deeply in love with my country. I’ll love to show how amazing Cuban can be when you is leaded by a LOCAL GUIDE. 

My goal is to connect visitors with Cuba by giving my best tips and sharing experiences about my country, hoping you get to love this island like I do.

AWESOME!!!! After booking his other experience "Havana food tour" and sharing an extraordinary time, I couldn't resist booking his other experience. Alvaro is the best guide you can find in Havana. He is charming, friendly and very professional. We spent a couple of hours talking about the current reality of Cuba, and how it has changed the way of life of Cubans since the last time I visited the island in 2011. A deep immersion in the Cuban reality beyond the cliches that we know or that the media of our countries tell us. Totally recommended (and his "Havana food tour" too, check it out).
