ITINERARY OVERVIEW
1. We'll be visiting one of the local gyms in SS15, Subang Jaya.

2. Training. This will be a personal one-to-one training session. We will be mainly focused on workouts relating to the proper use gym equipment (free weights & machines) and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). I will customize a personal workout plan just for you. So if you have any specific fitness goal in mind, so please message me in advance! *e.g: Lose Weight or/and Build Muscle* (Approx. 1 Hour)

3. Food. We will do a walk-tour around SS15 to explore the local Malaysian food vendors nearby. (Approx. 30 Minutes)
*Note: SS15 is a popular food destination among locals (endorsed by local food bloggers and media), so you will actually be visiting one of the best destinations for food among locals!*

I am born and bred, a Malaysian Chinese. Hailing from East Malaysia (Sabah), currently residing in West Malaysia (Subang Jaya).

Fitness enthusiast for 6 years now (since 2014). It has been and still is an incredible journey of constant shaping and re-shaping my body with no plans of stopping yet, not by a long shot.

SS15 @ Subang Jaya is a business/student district rich with local food & entertainment. Fifteen (SS15) is a food heaven and if you are a boba lover (milk tea) then this will definitely be a worthwhile visit for you. Here resides the recently famous 'Bubble Street' of Selangor.

I booked this experience because I felt like I had been enjoying way too much of KL's street food. Bryan's workout was intense, he didn't go too easy on me, Im writing this review 3 days after the workout and I can still feel the workout. We focused on form and movement to make sure that I was doing each exercise correctly, and Bryan demonstrated each exercise first. He was easy to get along with and open to questions, also a really nice guy, after the workout we walked around SS15 where Bryan showed me the local restaurants and area (he went to university there) If you feel like you have been enjoying the Malaysian food a bit too much, or are looking for a workout buddy I definitely recommend Bryan.

Bryan was an awesome host, very bubbly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a great workout with him, and got some helpful tips as well. If you need a workout buddy/trainer, I'd recommend you go for Bryan. Had a nice walk around the vicinity after the session which was very relaxing.

Brian was truly amazing! He made me feel not only comfortable in the gym but made the whole experience super smooth! I have never worked out in a gym before but he made sure that I did in fact get a good workout and did not give up. At the end of the session we went and got a delicious iced chocolate drink (which I now get everyday aha!) We now have a great connection and he’s always willing to help me with any questions I have :) will definitely be booking this experience again! Thank you Brian ✈️😎💪🏽

Bryan is a cool guy, passionate and thoughtful. He is very humble but knowledgeable. He gives great tips and share his experience to people who are new to gym. If you are someone who is already a gym-goer, he is a good gym buddy to have during your stay in Kuala Lumpur. I felt very comfortable talking to Bryan. And he recommended a lot of good food around the area to me as well.

My training with Bryan I thought would be a slight touristy workout, but in reality it was extensive, knowledge-full and well-motivated training session of almost 2 hours. I guess I drank 2 liters of water during the heavy weight lifting and HIIT training. Bryan is communicative and shared a lot of ideas how to make a fitness part of your life style. Training is a bit far from KL center but a taxy drive away and it’s worth it.

I had a great time training with Bryan! The session was tailored to my fitness goals and Bryan made sure I challenged myself and pushed my limits. I felt great after the session and we got to know each other more at a nice mamak afterwards. Would definitely recommend Bryan’s session, especially if you’re new to fitness!
