- warming up & stretching
- simple theatrical exercises
- mimied sequences
- neutral mask
- improvisations (solo and in groups) where words will come

Actor formed in Jacques Lecoq International School in Paris specialised on theater of mouvement. I am a local from Barcelona and I live here since years. A part from writing and discovering hidden treasures, my other passion is theater and concretely the one generated with the body and expression more than the talked one.
I have worked as actor in theater, film and TV productions in Spain and France.
I teach this kind of theater, also, since 2005.

It will the typical danse or theater room for rehearsing. There will be space for you to leave your belongings and bathroom, too.

It was really a very interesting and comprehensive experience, I've learnt a lot as Ruben has a sound background, is very detailed and professional and besides he knows how to make you feel confortable and relaxed so you can get the most from this experience.
