Situated on the beautiful, peaceful island of Hrísey in the middle of Eyjaförður. The house sits on the water's edge with stunning views of the fjord and mountains where you can sometimes watch the whales and dolphins. PLEASE NOTICE: The island is located in the northern part of Iceland. It is a five-hour drive from Reykjavik. And you need to take a ferry to get there. No cars, pedestrians only. The ferry departs from the fishing port of Árskógssandur every two hours and only takes 15 mins.

Cozy house on the prairie

A private cozy guesthouse on a farm in Skagafjordur, North west Iceland. The perfect getaway for a nature loving couple or friends. The cabin has everything you need to relax. We built the house in 2022. One bedroom with big double bed and another with small double bed , fully equipped kitchen facilities (stove, oven, pots, plates, utensils and coffee maker) with a fridge and a private bathroom with a shower. Outside we have platform with chairs so you can enjoy the weather.

The main cabin has one bedroom with a double bed, the living room has a sleeping sofa that can accommodate two people. Outside on the patio, there is a small guest cabin with one double bed.

A good stay at a beautiful estate. Out in the country just outside Akureyri city 15 min drive to downtown. Relaxing and very quiet environment. Just some cows around, green grass and trees. We welcome you too stay and hopefully we can fulfill your needs 😊
