Renovated Walzer house 15 mins by car from Alagna

Our chalet is a renovated "Walzer" style barn. We are a Belgian family with 3 children and a dog and love this remote quiet place in the Valsesia valley. We enjoy hiking in the mountains or just walking in the valley or swimming in the river that passes by on the back of our house. We love skiing in the nearby "Monte Rosa" or "Alpe di Mera" Ski domains (15 or 10 minutes respectively by car) and enjoy cooking with local produce savoring local wines (Gattinara, Ghemme, Barbaresco, Barolo, ...)

La Libellula

The chalet La Libellula is located in Scopello and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a game console. This chalet offers a shared open terrace for relaxing evenings. A parking space is available on the property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Charmant studio de 38 m2 avec balcon et vue directe sur le Cervin. Il est entièrement équipé (cuisine, salle de bain). Il se trouve en plein cœur du village de Zermatt. Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Im Sommer 2020 haben wir unser Studio renoviert. Es befindet sich an bester Lage ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt und der Gornergratbahn. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht über das Dorf. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne, ein 1.80m Bett, eine Sitzecke und einen kleinen Esstisch. Fernseher mit Apple TV-Box (kein Kabelfernsehen!) & WLAN sind vorhanden. Im Haus sind ein Lift sowie ein Skiraum vorhanden.

Casa Monet si trova nella collina di Saint-Vincent a circa 600 metri di altitudine; una passeggiata di 15 minuti conduce alle Terme e una di 10 vi porta in centro. L'appartamento dispone di parcheggio privato ed è composto da un ingresso, una zona giorno con angolo cottura, una camera da letto per due persone ed un bagno con doccia. Sono ben accetti animali di piccola taglia a due o quattro zampe purché ben educati.

The apartment is located in the ancient village, in a strategic and central position but at the same time quiet and peaceful. It has been recently renovated and functionally furnished, has a large master bedroom, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a living room with a large sofa (double bed) and 55" 4K Smart TV (Chromecast). The shuttles for the ski lift to L'Alpe di Mera and Alagna stop 100 meters from the house.

Housed in a historical building with original stone and wood features, La Torre Di Nonio offers garden views. It is in Nonio, 1.5 km from Lake Orta shores. Located on the ground en suite rooms features parquet floors and an outdoor seating area. The private bathrooms come with a shower. La Torre Di Nonio is 5 km from Omegna.
