Look out for the Northern Lights/Aurora with no houses on the north side of the road to block any view of them. The home has a comfortable queen bed. Cook on the gas range with all the necessary cooking utensils available. The house has Wi-Fi, TV / Amazon Fire Stick to watch your favorite shows. Close to great trails for hiking and cross country skiing, but outside of town enough to get a great show from the Northern Lights. Newly updated with a quiet environment, perfect get away. Full size washer/dryer, and all kitchen needs. A beautiful Alaskan property which you can watch float planes land and take off from the private pond across the road. Large windows for great views! Welcome to the Nuthatch Cabin

Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

The master bedroom boasts a California king bed, while the second bedroom maintains a luxuriantly soft twin size.

Rustic Retreat

This beautiful two bedroom, one bath log home is a perfect retreat. The cabin is located only a few miles from both Fairbanks and North Pole, while still providing a secluded hideaway. You will enjoy the large deck, beautiful surroundings, two private bedrooms and a loft sleeping area. The rustic living area is designed for comfort, with an equipped kitchen, and upgraded bath. Please note, there is some trim to be finished. Upgrades are being finished between guest.

Chena hills cozy hideaway

Keep it simple in our cozy cabin in the woods. This cabin features 1 loft bedroom upstairs accessed by a ladder and a full kitchen and living room. The sectional in the living room pulls out into a full size bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and serving ware. We have a gravity fed water system for sink water and a nice outhouse on the property. This tiny home is the only one on the property with lots of privacy. 5 miles from the airport

Chaplin Cabin

Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.

Northern Lights views from bed!

We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.

This cozy studio is in the heart of downtown Fairbanks. Located in the historic district and within walking distance of the Chena river, restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Red Dog Room

A cozy, comfortable spot to use as a base camp for your explorations of North Pole and Chena. With proximity to the town center and the Chena Lakes Recreation area, the Red Dog Room still feels secluded and private and has direct access to trails. The room has private entry, a small cooking area with a table and a private bathroom.
