Blockhouse Perry is quiet, pet-friendly, and conveniently located by, but not in, downtown Spokane. Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security. The guest entrance offer a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available. Seasonal traction tires may be required.

Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Cottage on a Ranch in Coeur d' Alene

This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. You pay this fee directly to the owners, please pay on arrival. This cottage has been remodeled for our guest with new flooring throughout, new linens, new dishwasher, and new ranch décor. The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.
