Note: This unit is located above a brewery, so minimal noise may be heard. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. A short walk to Whitworth University, but nestled in a lovely 1.3-acre setting, "The Lab" is a creatively-designed, private apartment in our daylight basement. As a former science teacher, I enjoyed making the space have great...chemistry! Among other things, it has a separate entrance, a garage bay for parking out of the elements, a washer and dryer, and a wooded setting. You'll be within 20 minutes of area attractions like downtown, Spokane Falls, the Centennial Trail, and Green Bluff.

Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Just 20 minutes from downtown, our sunny daylight basement has been remodeled for you! Enter through your own door with a key-pad lock. A hot tub and gazebo are right outside the door: patio furniture, a gas fire pit, and a BBQ grill ready to be enjoyed. The interior space is bright and sparkling clean! The kitchen opens into the family room with a smart TV. Just around the corner are two bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom. Ask us about renting our E bikes!

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

Willow Gardens Main House

Willow Gardens Main House is located in Mead, Wa. on a quiet country acre. Offering 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, A/C in the upstairs bedroom, full kitchen and laundry facilities. There are two bedrooms and a half bath one step up from the main living area. The third bedroom is on the second floor. Close to both highways 395 and 2 it is an easy access to any north side location. Only minutes to Whitworth University, Costco, groceries,shopping, golfing and more.
