The apartment is fully equipped, a/c on the private room and two extra mattes with bedding provide. It has a back porch with BBQ. Walking distance from "La Pared" surfing spot and a 45 min walk to "La Selva" , one of the TOP well protected surfing spots in the island, part of the Northeast Ecological Corridor (10 min drive, 4x4 accessible road).

Our spacious house is located near many popular attractions, including Luquillo Beach, los Kioskos and El Yunque Rainforest. Conveniently situated just a 30-minute drive from the airport, our place is the perfect base for exploring all the east side has to offer. The house has a charming garden with a small pool and, fully equipped kitchen, dining, BBQ and broad living area. All bedrooms have AC. One room also offers a comfortable private working space. Parking is free in front of the house.
