Want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life? This is the place for you! Kick back and relax in this stylish home, far enough out of the city to get away, but close enough to enjoy the benefits of city life. Be aware - the house sits on a .5 mile bumpy dirt road, worth it if you are looking for peace and quiet. Due to the location, the best we can do is a data-limited hotspot for WIFI. So, we added a game room. Pets are welcome. The cost is $30 a night per pet that is paid separately.

Two Dachshund Farm (Lavender & Fiber Farm), LLC

We are a working fiber/lavender farm convenient to Raleigh, Louisburg, Wake Forest, Henderson, & Durham. Meet our alpacas, sheep, llamas, Angora goats & more. Tours are included for our guests ifAdditional visitors will need to pay a tour fee. Use of the pool is for registered guests only. Events will be considered. The unit is a 700 sq ft apartment over a garage with private entrance. Twenty stairs lead up to the apartment. A pullout couch accommodates 2 younger children or a teenager/adult.

Historic cabin close to Duke U - with EV Charger

This story could have started in the 40's, but we'll start in the 60's when this tiny cabin was local housing to graduate students at Duke. Wonderfully located and unlike anything else this close to Duke University or downtown Durham, the Green Door cabin welcomes you for the weekend or week. Fully renovated recently while keeping the charm intact. You can feel as isolated as you want with every amenity within just a couple of miles. Duke Forest Trails and Duke CC Trail within walking distance.

This casita might be tiny, but it has big personality. This little treasure lives in the heart of Raleigh, waiting to support your next city adventure. Please note this rental lives in owner's back yard, accessible by driveway. We've built this place so that you can optimize your stay. Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The deck features a glass garage door that can be opened to let in the breeze & natural light allowing guests to enjoy the picturesque views of the pond. Inside you'll find a well-appointed one-bedroom space offering a peaceful retreat, & the living area provides a cozy spot to relax after a day of enjoying all that Raleigh has to offer. Relax with your partner or bring the whole family to our peaceful 45 acre horse farm. We neighbor the Eno River and are centrally located in Northern Durham only 12 miles from Downtown. Come sit and enjoy our beautiful screened in porch that overlooks 2 scenic ponds and offers some of the best sunsets you’ve ever seen. This newly renovated farmhouse is beautifully decorated with 2 bedrooms, large master (king) and second bedroom (queen), office space has a sleeper sofa for additional guest.

The Chapel Hill Forest House

Book this incredible tiny house for the perfect romantic getaway in the heart of Chapel Hill! It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Enjoy amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows of foxes and deer playing on the lawn. Lounge on the wall-to-wall hammock as you gaze at the trees through the skylights. Unwind with a movie in bed played on our massive projector. There's nothing like this anywhere in the Triangle!

"Forest Garden" A One Bedroom Retreat

A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. This new tiny house is nestled amongst mature hardwood trees on a 30 acre working family farm in Hillsborough. Quiet your mind and restore your body in the luxurious hot tub or warm up by the cozy fire-pit. Under 10 miles to Hillsborough or Durham, and their many restaurants, breweries and shops. Enjoy the privacy of two secluded wooded acres, surrounded by the sights and sounds of our farm, where we are growing fruits, veggies and mushrooms & caring for our animals and pastures.

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
