Casa Perinquén es un apartamento con encanto, situado en la zona sur de la isla, por lo que gozamos del mejor clima. Su ubicación es ideal, está a 6 minutos caminando de la playa, de la avenida marítima peatonal y de la zona de restaurantes. Estamos a unos 15mins caminando del centro del pueblo. Es un apartamento reformado, dentro de una edificación antigua, aportando así carácter y buena ubicación. Our house is close to the sea, beaches and the bus stop, where you can catch the bus that takes you to Playa Blanca in 5 minutes. It is the perfect place for relaxing holidays for couples or families with kids, and a wonderful temperature also during winter. The outdoor patio is well protected against the wind. The house is fully equipped with TV, WiFi, barbecue, heated swimming pool, and furnished as comfortable as possible, as this is where we spend our holidays, when we come to Lanzarote.
