This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Løðupakkhúsið - Historical Warehouse - Top Floor

Enjoy a stay steeped in history in a renovated 100-year-old Faroese warehouse on the water’s edge in the local habour. Fully renovated in 2019, Løðupakkhúsið features all modern amenities while preserving the traditional features of the house with original exposed beams, neutral tones and wooden flooring. Hósvík ligger centralt på Færøerne og er den perfekte base for at udforske øerne, eller bare slappe af i fredelige, flotte omgivelser. Lejligheden er perfekt til enkeltpersoner/par, med eller uden børn, som ikke trænger meget indendørs plads. Der er smalle trapper op i lejligheden, dvs. uegnet til folk som ikke er fuldt mobile.

Experience this newly built boathouse located right by the seafront and only 100 m from a grocery store, local bakery/cafe, public svimming/spa hall and public busses. The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. You are only a 10 minute walk away from the ferry to Mykines, and about a 10 minute drive to Gásadalur. The airport is a 5 minute drive away and the local grocerystore is your neighbor.

"Hjá Polla-Vilhelm" is a house located in the old part of Tórshavn called Undir Ryggi. Its as central as it can be, and in a historical and beautiful neighbourhood. The house is an traditional faroese house, and was build in 1856. It has been renovated since, but only with the use of old materials. Adress is Undirryggi 7.
