Patterson Park (one of the top city parks in the nation) is located directly across the street. *Please note that if you are taller than 6 foot 4 you might find the ceilings a bit low.

The historic neighborhood is very walkable and convenient to public transport. Queen-sized bed in bedroom. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed and doors for privacy, essentially making this a second bedroom if needed. Laundry in the basement. Fully equipped kitchen.
