You have a private entrance (and key) and your own use of a large bedroom/sitting room plus en-suite with shower and toilet, also a silent fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. An iron, toaster plus crockery are available upon request.

There is ample off-road, private parking on the property and you are welcome to use the garden.
