Our newly renovated guest house is completely self contained with a large private yard and private access. There are two dedicated off street car parks. We are centrally located between Adelaide Airport (Car: 15 min), Adelaide City (Train: 7 min, Car: 14 min, Bus: 15 min) and Adelaide shoreline (Car: 15 min). Islington train station is a 13 min walk (1.1km) and Bus stop 15 South Rd is a 5 min walk (450m). Our home is guest ready with fresh linen and towels provided as well as guest amenities.

The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Easy, free street parking—no time limits to worry about. *The flat comes with a cute bar fridge, microwave and kettle, but no full kitchen or laundry facilities.

My Airbnb was built in 2019. This is an architect designed eco home with lots of light and air. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen dining lounge area is upstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a big city skyline view. There is a full set of kitchen appliances. 51SQ Eco Home (51 square metres) is close to all city attractions including the Central Market, Adelaide Oval and tram. 51SQ is also a great place for work or leisure.
