Παραδοσιακό πέτρινο διώροφο σπίτι με βεράντα και πανοραμική θέα. Kτισμένο τον 19ο αιώνα, ανακαινισμένο πλήρως με σεβασμό στην κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική. Το σπίτι αποτελείται από δύο επίπεδα, διαθέτει δύο άνετες κρεβατοκάμαρες, μια μικρή κρεβατοκάμαρα-κουκέτα, δύο μπάνια, κουζίνα, μικρή εσωτερική αυλή και βεράντα με θέα στο χωριό και σε όλη την γύρω περιοχή. The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο.Το σπιτι είναι 17 τμ.αλλα έχει όλες τις ανέσεις για ευχάριστη διαμονή δύο ατομων.Η θέα είναι υπέροχη !Yπαρχει εξωτερικη μινι πισινα 4 τ.μ.Δεν υπάρχει χώρος για παιδικό κρεβατάκι ούτε ανέσεις για φιλοξενία ενός παιδιού( η βρέφους).Είναι αποκλειστικά για 2 ενήλικες
